Guided Presence Sessions

A space to return to yourself — slowly, softly, with someone who can hold you.

There are seasons in a woman’s life where everything familiar begins to fall away.

A relationship.
A role.
A way of being strong.
A version of yourself that once made sense, but no longer feels true.

These sessions are for the woman who is in that in-between:
not who she was anymore,
not yet who she is becoming,
learning how to breathe again in her own body.

This is a space for unraveling and re-rooting.
For grief and quiet courage.
For remembering.

You don’t have to be okay to come here.
You only have to be here.

What This Space Is

This is not coaching that pushes.
This is not therapy that analyzes from a distance.

This is presence.
Attunement.
Being met where you actually are.

Together, we create a space where you can:

  • Speak your truth without performing

  • Feel your emotions without drowning in them

  • Learn to identify what is yours and what was shaped by survival

  • Rebuild safety in your body before you build anything new in your life

  • Remember the self you hid in order to stay loved

This Work Supports Women Who Are:

How We Work Together

We move at the pace of your body — not your mind’s urgency.

In our sessions, we:

  • Ground into the body so the mind can soften

  • Work with freeze, panic, numbness, or overwhelm gently

  • Identify patterns of relating that formed in childhood or past love

  • Learn to recognize red flags and relational imbalances without shame

  • Rebuild a sense of inner safety so boundaries arise naturally

  • Tend to the grief, tenderness, and longing that surface as you return to yourself

This is not about “getting over” anything.
It is about coming home.

What the Container Includes

  • Weekly 1:1 Guided Presence Sessions (60–75 minutes)

  • Voice & text support between sessions for the moments that feel heavy, confusing, or sharp

  • Gentle somatic practices for grounding, emotional processing, and nervous system re-regulation

  • Naming and understanding patterns such as: gaslighting, enmeshment, trauma bonding, freeze responses, panic cycles, attachment wounds

  • Support in rebuilding boundaries, discernment, and self-belonging

This is a relationship, not a program.
